Stay stinky or work out later when you know you can shower.0

Nope, no tips! I know I had a great workout when I am drenched at the end.0

Baby wipes in a pinch instead of a shower. I usually only do this after lifting because I don't tend to sweat as much as when I'm doing HIIT etc.0

Shower but don't wash hair. Spray dry shampoo on hair, dry remainder with hair dryer, and restyle or put up in messy bun.
Note, this is not my preferred method, but works in a pinch.0 -

Wear strong deodorant, dry off good, blow-dry your hair if you can and spritz yourself with a bath & body works spray or something like that.0

People may find this gross, but it worked for me. When I used to go to a gym I generally worked out and then went straight to work or class. I didn't have time to shower so I carried a blowdryer, hairspray, deoderant, bodyspray and makeup in my gym bag. After a workout, I would go to the bathroom and quickly blowdry my sweaty hair, apply a bit of hairspray (herbal essence was my fave), a bit of body spray and reapply deoderant, and touch up make up.
Friends and boyfriend all confirmed that I didn't smell or look like I'd just come from sweating my *kitten* off at the gym, so I did this for three years. I showered at night when I got home or before I left my house in the morning.
I would not recommend this if you anticipate any hanky-panky. In that situation, nothing can replace a shower.0 -
If I have to, I use a wet washcloth and take a sponge bath, basically. I rinse out my hairline (and in back!) and reapply deodorant and a hair product for frizz. I smell fresh after, and it doesn't take long.0

Sometimes i have to cntinue my errands or appts after aworkout and no timebto shower. while changing ill use a body spray profusely as the alcohol is cooling and the scent refreshing. i will usally blow dry my har upside down while this dries on mu body or towel it off which i find the most refreshing. then i will put my hair in a bun and walk around naked choosing my outfit an accessories and plugging in any hair stylers i plan to use. then i wash my face and neck including the back and dry with a towel. i put fresh makeup at this point whatever i cant do in the car at red lights. by now i usually feel fresh enough to dress. i put perfume or morebspritzer at this time but this time u do NOT want to overdo it...its not meant to mask anything. then i hit my roots with a dry shampoo if blow drying the MOISTure out hs revealed oily roots and the ends with a curling or flat iron.
(moist highlighted cause i know how much you people love that word)
another thing you could try is leaving ur windows open to cool and dry your hair and dry shampoo if you feel can work with the texture as is.0 -
Baby wipes, blow dryer, dry shampoo, body spray and deodorant0

I work out in the late evenings......right before I put my kiddo to bed. I shower and he hits the hay and then I relax.0

I really don't understand the people who had time to blow dry their hair, but no time to shower.0

meh...I tend to see less traffic coming into my office after my lunch time workouts...I enjoy the peace and quiet.0

This. I usually hit the shower and then throw my wet hair into a ponytail if I have to do stuff after the gym. If I truly don't have time to shower, I make sure it's a lighter workout day (so my hair doesn't get super sweaty), then I wipe down with green tea baby wipes, reapply deodorant, run a brush through my hair, and go.0 -
I find using baby powder with cornstarch helps. Because of the cornstarch the baby powder doesn't become a paste and it absorbs moisture. Also the baby pwder smells nice but isn't over powering.0

Dry shampoo and wipes0

I prefere raunchy sex after.0

When I work out at the gym, I have to make time to shower afterwards. By the time I finish, I am soaked, and my clothes are soaked. My hair is usually in a braid, so if I'm super sweaty, I just rinse my hair, braid and all, in the shower and throw it up in a towel. The time I take to shower, put on makeup, and dress will usually get me past the worst of the rush hour traffic.0

ETA: first off, i cant take credit for this....this was reddit brilliance.
secondly, sorry about the size, but im busy, so im sure you can figure it out.0 -
Love the above actually. I sometimes run on my lunch break and try to do it on cooler days so I don't sweat as much. We dont' have a shower so I bring a washcloth and use the sink (i wear at least pants and a tank to do this) and wipe down. Wet my hair to get the sweat out. Use deodorant and a little body spray.
I do recommend dry shampoo as I've heard great things. I'm also pretty confident someone just launched a dry conditioner as well to help the hair situation.
As others have said, I've also heard great things about baby wipes or other wipes.
Good luck!0 -

omygosh...not possible in my opinion. Sorry. :ohwell:
I do my workouts after all of my other commitments have been met, this way, the time I have left is for me & me only.
A refreshing shower is the icing on the cake for me. :drinker:0 -
I guess just stick to low impact if it's that bad, nevermind b/c low impact can make you sweaty too0

How do you not understand this?
Showering then blow drying my hair takes an hour.
And the shower portion of that is like at the most 7 minutes.
I have very long hair....
If it was just sweaty around the neck and bangs area it would only take 5 minutes.0 -
Fridays and Saturdays I work 2 jobs... 7am-345pm then 4:30-11pm..
I workout in the morning... Well a quick job/sprint with jumping jacks, squats, push ups and burpees involved also.
Showering doesn't happen.
Stride wipes, Baby wipes and not caring about what people think happens because I am working my *kitten* off so Oh Well.0 -

If you know that you work every Fri and Sat at 7 and you want to workout before work, you could workout earlier than you are now so that you could actually clean your body before going to two jobs. Or, you could just cut your workout short. Or, you could just not workout on those days. I'd rather do that than risk going to work smelly.
As you said, it only takes up to seven minutes to shower. You mentioned that it takes an hour to dry your hair. I'm just referring to showering your body, not washing your hair. Everyone has seven minutes to spare to bathe. Come on, people. You don't HAVE to hit the gym before work. I workout almost every day before work, but if I don't have time to workout and come back in time to shower and wash my hair, I don't do it.0
