Hey,
my name is Anita, I'm 21, German and student.
This is like my x-th try to loose weight. I've been down to 90 last year but due to stress I fell back into my old eating structure and whops - 98 kg again (since march). I didn't manage to get back in my better eating habits again, so I think it's finally unavoidable to count my calories - this sucks! I really just hate it... But well, it needs to be done, huh?
I set myself some goals:
1) I will drink more (water and unsweetened tea)
2) I will only eat if I'm really hungry
3) I will eat slowly
4) I will make a sport time table
5) I will stick to this time table
6) I will log my calories
I've read an article the other day, where it says that you need one month to acquire a new habit (if you do it daily) and that you should only do one change after the other. Sounds quite logical so I will start to do this. I'll start with number 6, go on with number 4+5, then number 1 and finally number 2/3 together. By next year I should have a better life. Sounds like a plan?
If you have any suggestions, recommendations or ideas how to make this easier for me: Feel free to comment on this or to write me a personal mail.
