Green Smoothie

I have read a lot of people are drinking green smoothies and I would like to try them... Can anyone give me some good recipes for them???

    I usually put 1 cup of spinach, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 of some other fruit (mango or berries typically) and 1T ground flax seed.

    If I have an avocado I'll put 1/4 of one in there and I add broccoli if I have a little I want to use up.

    Awesome... thanks .. do you replace a meal with it or just add it as a snack?

    I have one for breakfast every day. It runs 300ish calories if I use no sugar added almond milk or a litlte less if I use water.

    Hey I have a nutribullet and I chuck in a big handful of spinach, 1 banana, 1 pear and some frozen berries. I full it up with water or almond milk just depends if I want it a bit creamier.

    I mix that for like 10 seconds I add in 1tb of ground falxseed and some spirulina powder.

    Mix it up for about 1 minute then chuck it in the freezer for like 20 minutes so it's nice and cold :)
