Hey everyone! I'm a 36 year old wife and mother of 2. I want to live a healthy life style for my family and myself. I never had problems with my weight until after I gave birth. The first pregnancy I gained 64lbs and lost 58lbs after giving birth with help of a medical weight loss professional and working out 6 days a week. During my second pregnancy I gained 57lbs and lost only 22lbs after giving birth. I lost the remaining weight with Weight Watchers. After being happy with my weight for several years, I feel like I've let myself go...again. Hubby and I are both working on being fit and healthy. Working out seems to be my biggest issue because of kid's activity schedules. Add me as a friend, would love to have the support and discuss the ups and downs of getting into shape.

    Feel free to add me as a supportive friend. I enjoy encouraging others towards improved fitness at all levels. I log on daily and the support on this site has helped me greatly. I have lost 20 with 28 to 40 to go.
