From good to bad shape

Hi guys.
Quick and weird question, but here we go:

I've been in a good shape the last year or so, but after almost 2 months of break(only exercising 1-2 times a week), I've found that my shape has gone really bad, which is only natural.

I've always burned about 100 kcal pr. 10 minutes, and my heartrate is pretty much at 165-180 when I workout(cardio), and here is my question. The last couple of times I've worked out, my heartrate and kcal-burn is still the same as before, but I'm having a lot harder time sticking through. I've noticed that I don't sweat as much as I used to, and even though the exercise is TOUGH, it seems as if the result isn't as it used to be - can this be true if my heartrate/kcal burn is the same as before? is it just a result of bad shape, or should I worry that I don't get as much out of the exercise as I used to?

Hope it makes sense, but it's really bugging me.

If you're exercising one or two times a week, you should be doing enough to maintain your fitness level.

What you're describing sounds like there might be a different cause. Things to consider:
    - Endocrine issue (consider seeing a doctor and getting some lab work done)
    - Not getting enough sleep
    - Food/energy management
    - Dehydration

Even if I used to workout 3-5 times a week?
I'm getting a lot of sleep and staying hydrated, but I've been eating around 1250-1300 kcal pr. day, the last couple of months.
