What muscle groups should I be training together?!! I have searched the web..found a few things from bodybuilding.com Well Im not a body builder nor do I want to be.. I would like to hear from anyone who is strength training. I have seen 'splits' So like chest/biceps back/triceps ect..I need advice from real ppl... Thanks!!
