I am new to MFP and am looking forward to this journey. I have tried, Weight Watchers, Atkins, The Cabbage Diet and am tired of dieting. I know that this needs to be a change for life. I joined T.O.P.S. 1 month ago and have lost 4.75 lbs. I have been walking each day for at least 15 to 20 minutes before work and am eating much healthier. W.W. says that I am OBESE and that for my age and height I need to lose 150 lbs. Easy for them to say when they are not the ones having to do it. I am enjoying MFP with being able to track food and excercise at my finger tips. I joined back in August 2012 but didn't use it like I should. Now I am dedicated. Anyone live on the East Coast? Welcome!
It sure isn't easy to lose all the weight you want. It's easy for them to say it. But at the end it's important that you're happy with your weight.
I'm sure you can reach your goal here in MFP0 -
