Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. Had several past weight loss endeavors, some with success, but I've always slipped back over time. Part of that, I think, is that I've generally turned to fad diets or other ways of eating that just weren't sustainable. Most recently, I had crept up to 243, and managed to drop it to 188 using Medifast. Long story short, after yo-yoing up and down for a while, I returned from a recent trip to find my weight at 249. Not cool.
With that in mind, I'm trying it differently this time. Focusing upon eating better in a more balanced way, being more active and making a change to my lifestyle as a whole rather than just trying to eat a specific thing or XX weeks until I lost the weight I wanted to lose. Hopefully, this will be the key.
Anyway, looking forward to chatting with you all going forward!

Welcome!
Changing your lifestyle will make a difference I also made that mistake with diets that weren't sustainable. And once you go back, you gain all your weight again. So I'm also trying to change my lifestyle now0
