Hi, Happy Narwhal here!

Hi, I just started doing exercise this past week and today I found this website. What a great way to track my weight loss progress. I am hoping to lose 100 pounds (Yikes!) I just don't want to lose weight, I want to change my lifestyle to one more active and productive. All I am hoping to find some support in MFP, it'll be helpful! I already inspired by other's people progress which is truly amazing and very empowering. :)
