Challenge group: Let's drop 10-15 lbs by 2014!

Hi all! Lately I've been doing poorly on the eating front, and on the working out front, and I'm sure that there are other people in a similar situation. So I propose this challenge group! The goal is moderately simple, and you set it yourself: drop 10-15 pounds (or more or less depending on you) by 2014.

I've never done one of these before, so I'm proposing it as more of a group initiative than a "I tell you that this week's challenge is ___."
