I subscribe to Taste of Home Healthy Cooking magazine....it comes out every two months and I love it....lots of really good ideas. I also surf the web for ideas too. I usually get some of my best recipes from the internet. I also bought the Rocco Dispirito cookbook Now eat This! after seeing him on Rachel Ray. He has a great recipe for light onion rings and my family just love them. Hope this helps.

Hungry Girl has good ideas, althought she uses a lot of items that I wouldn't (fiber one cereal, cool whip). I just substitute "those" chemical items for healthier choices.

I went to our Library and looked thru all the cookbooks and found plenty, I hate to buy something just to find out that I only really like one or two of the recipes.
