When I first started on my fitness pal I did cardio and aerobics everyday. But then I stopped doing any real working out because of laziness to be honest.but I'm really worried about it because everywhere I read, exercise is a really big factor and I wanna git in a little workout that one can do at home which I can squeeze infor about 3 to 5 days a week.
Any suggestions of brief cardio workouts that just can follow at home will be really appreciated

Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home are also on YouTube.
They're pretty good cos you could do a 1 or 2 mile, which doesn't take long, and if at the end you feel more motivated, just repeat.
Or there's one that's 5 x 1mile so you can choose any mile to stop at the end of.
Its getting started that's the hardest sometimes, so it can be good to just "commit" to something short and easy, with the option of doing more if you feel inclined once you get into the swing of things.0 -
I like Turbo Fire - its a different "class" every day and I'm never bored, but, to be honest, laziness can become a problem in ANY workout program if you let it. The REAL challenge comes I getting your butt moving on days you just don't feel like it. :ohwell:0

You can also do strength training - any body weight exercises are great! Trust me, 10 minutes of push ups, sit ups, handstands, squats, etc. will wear you out!0

You can always go for a walk or jog. I've always hated running...I stared walking about five weeks back and then decided to try jogging. Now I'm training for my first half marathon in December. For some reason I've found I really love to run. Try it even if you haven't liked it in the past, it may surpise you...it did me.0

You can do just about any workout at home! The library has a ton of videos or dvd's you can try that range from 20 minutes and over. Or as someone else suggested, you tube has a bunch of workouts.
You can do a 20-30 minute circuit of jumping jacks, lunges, squats, bear crawls, etc. Just google circuit training and a lot of ideas come up. I did those for a while and could not believe how tough it was. I did 1 minute each and kept rotating them with a 1 minute rest in between rounds. (my arms were sore for a couple days from the bear crawls). (the key is to not take a break in between each unless it is at the end of the round).
Really anything that gets you moving will work, if you have stairs, run up and down them for 20 minutes (if there is not someone at home this would annoy), turn on the radio and dance for 20 minutes, go for a brisk walk or bike ride (i also did the up and down the stairs (we have 3 levels) and was dying at the end of 10 minutes)0
