Stuck at the starting line

Hi all,
I'm female, 27 years old, 63 kg (138lbs) dying to get back to my happy weight of 57 kg (125lbs).
I've used MFP on and off over the past year, but really knuckled down and started logging everything (every little bite!) about 6 weeks ago.
My life style is fairly sedentary. I sit at a desk all day, with short walks (15 minutes) to and from the station every morning/afternoon.
I run for 40 minutes 3x/week, lift weights 5x week, and do hi-intensity intervals (30 minutes) on the elliptical 3x week.
I'm netting 1250 cal, and usually grossing 1500-1700 cal every day, bearing in mind that MFP probably overestimates calorie expenditure. I'm making a conscious effort to take in at least 8 cups of water a day, usually more, and to get adequate sleep. Sugar is my downfall, so I have cleared the house of sweets and stopped baking, and haven't drunk alcohol since August 2! I've really cut back on carbs, and increased my protein intake. My diet is almost entirely "real food," fresh vegetables, lean protein like fish, trimmed red meat, low-fat dairy, eggs, healthy fats like hummus and avocado.
However, despite all these positive changes, the scale has not budged at all. Nor has the measuring tape. Not a by a millimetre.
Any suggestions? I know I only have 13 pounds to lose--has anyone encountered a similarly slow start?
Thanks for your help!
