Hello all! My friend introduced me to this site and so far, I LOVE it! I have already lost 16.5 lbs, but have been stuck for the last month. I cannot seem to stay motivated.

I work as a Bar Manager in an Irish Pub and work on my feet for at least 10 hours a day. Thus, i am around lots of food an alcohol...which makes me want to eat and drink. I am also a single mom of a great little 15 month old boy. He is my world!

I am exhausted and lost my motivation to work out. I was good about walking everyday until the hot summer days of Indiana just became way too hot! Plus, when I am tired, I EAT!

So, does anyone else have a similar situation? I could use some great tips for sneaking in exercise and good meals to cook for myself (the little man may share).
