Ah crap i think i calculated wrong

Calories Burned
From Normal Daily Activity 2,410 cal/day

No way this is possible, I am disabled, i do not move anywhere in the run of a day besides going to the gym. According to MFP I am burning 2410 from a sedentary stand point. I must redo everything over in order to factor in my activity being far less than generated by MFP. This totally sucks is my bottom line. So i was allowed 1850 calories at the rate of burning 2410 from normal daily activity.... Problem is if I end up dropping anymore calories i will end up not being able to even come close to my protein goals.:explode:

If you are losing weight at this calorie level, why would you want to change it. Also, remember that the majority of a person's calorie burn is from the BMR rather than activity.

Yeah just talking this over with my wife and she said you are making progress with this setup, leave it alone, lol
  • As long as its not to fast id say leave it, but you look pretty lean so more LBM = Greater BMR
