Asian Recipes that won't break the calorie bank

Hello all,
Those of you who have seen my previous posts have probably come to conclusion that I love food. You would not be wrong.
I have an emotional attachment to food. Those of you with origins in the Philippines will know that socializing is intimately tied to the consumption of food and drink. So, you can also relate to the real gut reaction I have to the sight and smell of Filipino food, because it's not just abut the food but the whole context in which it is consumed. However, what is on offer is not always calorie-light. If there is something that will torpedo my healthy-eating it will be my cravings of food from my childhood. So, does anyone have calorie-lite versions of Filipino/Asian foods?
I can start with this one: http://foodipino.com/2012/01/09/healthy-tuna-sisig/
The original version of this is usually consumed as a pair to beer. I have memories of my cousins, uncles and I sitting around the kitchen table 'shooting the breeze', drinking beer and consuming large amounts of sisig.
If you try the recipe above, can you post what you think?
