Moderate changes with decent results

I'm new here (clearly or I wouldn't be introducing myself). I'm not here to lose weight but to log my diet and watch my macros.
About a month ago I decided to drop 12 lbs in a short period of time to hit a lower weight class for my sport. To drop the weight, I made a number of changes to my diet including cutting carbs and dairy.
I've eaten fairly cleanly for a number of years but have always been a carb junkie and was pleasantly surprised at how much better and more even keeled I felt but reducing carbs and upping fat. Who knew?
I'm hear to keep it all in check and monitor what I'm eating and how it's effecting my energy and mood.
Having said that, I miss bread and cheese
