I'm 31 and want to lose about 80lbs. I had my second child in May and am noticing I have some adrenal issues I need to take care of too. I'm one of those crunchy moms that cloth diaper, breastfeed, use herbs over meds and home school my older child. Right now my exercise level is about a 25 min walk around lunch each day and normal around the house chores.. My diet is decent but I do love sweets. I'm currently trying to replace sugar with agave and honey to help the adrenal system get back on track. Anyone here that can relate to any of this?
