Hi everyone.
I have a small problem, I absolutely love fruit and can't go a day without it but everytime I have fruit I go way over my sugar.
Like, 30 + over.
Do people ignore the sugar or do they just work their day around it?

TIA.

  • Ignore it. It wont affect your weight-loss if you hit your macro targets/calorie target.

Unless a doctor has told you that you need to cut down on any kind of sugar because of a health issue, don't worry about it. The RDA recommendation that MFP uses is for ADDED sugars.
  • I don't think twice about it. There are far worse things you could be eating than a nice juicy orange! Just as long as you don't go overboard and eat like ten.
