Zombie 5k

After doing a running club for the past 10ish weeks I am doing my first 5k on Saturday.

Its the Zombie Trail Run in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada! http://www.zombietrailrun.ca/

Its a few hours drive and we are leaving the morning of the race at 6am.

What should I be eating the morning of the race to keep me nice and fuled to run from the zombies, but not upset my already nervous belly!

So excited, yet so nervous.

Any other pointers or tips?
