Decrease body fat by eating at a moderate deficit and strength training to maintain muscle.

There is no way to spot-reduce.

Just got to give it time. There isn't any exercise that you can do that will get rid of the stomach fat.
Usually the place you want it gone the most is the last place you'll lose it.

The stomach is the trouble area for a lot of people. Unfortunately, it take a reasonable deficit, exercise and patience to lose the belly.

Just focus on taking in fewer calories than you burn to lose the weight. You tend to gain from the center (belly) out, and lose from the extremities to the center (belly). So the belly will be the last place to show results.

HOWEVER, on thing that has helped me...a friend had the flattest abs I've ever seen, so some of us asked him what his secret was. He said that he just tried to stand up as straight as possible & pull his stomach in as hard as he could at all times. This can help in a pretty short time. Initially it may make your back or stomach muscles hurt, as you get used to it, but then you just get into the habit of doing it. I know people who wear a rubber band on their wrist, or tie a string to their wrist watch, so that whenever they look at it, it'll remind them to pull it in.
