I have a recipe at 238 for Chili that is good and filling. I know it is a little above but might be helpful.
1 can chilli tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can Mexican corn
1 small can V8
Put all in a pan on the stove and let simmer about 20 min
Divide up between 4 containers. Freeze 2 for the next week and have 2 for that weeks lunches.0
