I'm Losing It

Now that the season has changed and the bikini has been put away, I am completely losing control. I've also had to take a second job waitressing again to make ends meet. Forgot how much working around food really tests your self control, which it would seem I have none. Having trouble sleeping at night too, so that's making me really irritable and turning to food for comfort. Combo these first few things with football season starting back up and the beer consumption increasing...and last but not least, my relationship being at a crossroads and really being unhappy lately, I am completely losing control!!!
I've gained at least 5 pounds over the past two weeks and this has got to stop. Does anyone have any words of advice to get my head back into the game. I am eating even when I'm not hungry, making very poor choices when it comes to my meals, drinking sodas again, which I was really doing good at avoiding, and pretty much eating anything and everything that comes before my eyes.
I need an intervention, ASAP. My clothes are still fitting but the belly bulge is growing daily! Could really use some words of encouragement and advice as to how to get myself back in check.

Don't put the bikini completely away. Pull it out and put it on every so often to remind you what you want to look like next bikini season.0

Sweetie, i'm right there with you, this season makes me want to eat my house!
I think you have to ensure that you take time for you. Here are the things that I would do if I were in your situation, and some of these things I am actually in your situation.
Have you looked at healthier game snacks to make? And if you have a beer, follow it with a water. So for every beer you drink, drink a bottle of water. You will find that you won't even want the beer after a while, but you will also get your water in too.
Seek counselling to help with your relationship, even if its just to get you to communicate better (believe me this works wonders). Make sure that you plan some time for you, just you. As for the sleeping, you are so stressed girl, time to take a breather, I know its hard but try to do something just for you. It could also be hormones, I know when I am about a week and a half away from TOM I can't sleep for like 5 days straight no matter how tired I am. I will literally lay in bed and my mind is racing...about nothing!
If all else fails, vent everyday, sometimes just that venting helps you get that head on straight if even for only a day. I will always be here for you to vent to even if you just want a listener and not necessarily someone to help you figure it out. YOu have helped me immensely just by being my friend and listening to me. I would be absolutely proud to just let you vent.
I hope this helps Sandi,
**Hugs**
