is there any protein powder that tastes like green juice and not "chocolate" and "strawberry" and "vanilla"? sweet powder is so gross to me. is there anything not sweet?

even though i've lost 41 pounds, my body fat is the same. i need protein, but i am vegan and hate sweets.

I've heard that unflavored hemp protein powder isn't as sweet, but I haven't tried it personally.

Unflavored pure pea protein is brutal, if you're looking for that. Definitely not sweet. Hemp is pretty bland and imo is the best vegan unflavored option for protein quality and mixability.

Many brands make unflavored protein... or hit up your local health food store and look for pea protein, rice protein or unflavored hemp. All are good vegan sources and are unflavored.

Personally I can't stand the unflavored powders as I think they have too powerful of a flavor... but you can get used to anything I guess.

I do like sweet powders, but I also use unflavored Jarrow Iso-Rich Soy when I don't want a chocolate or vanilla flavor. It's got a very smooth texture and would probably blend well into green smoothies.

Vega is gross. You might like that one.

Not to be snarky, but it seems to me that they put sugar in protein powders because it likely tastes nasty otherwise.
