Hi to all my fellow friends looking to change diet and lifestyle. I need this additional help with the food tracking due to making some healthy choices and a lot of poor food choices. I workout regularly and feel that this will be beneficial to meet the other needs of losing the final pounds. I am 180 lbs and would like to get to 130 lbs and I have a 2 year old daughter.

    Welcome, you will find alot of helpful info here as well as ppl that will support and motivate you. Check out the recipe sections and start from there, you can always tweek some recipes to fit your lifestyle..
