Age 42
5 ft even
126.8 lbs
average 1415 for the week
Work out 5 days a week-recently started 3 full body workouts a week (35 minutes), and the other two are cardio (45-60 minutes each)
Now I am starting to think I am not eating enough as I have not lost more than .2 lbs in the past 4 weeks...what do you all think?

Hi,
It might be an idea to weigh food instead of using tablespoon & cups - as it's much more accurate.
Hope that helps.
Also - are you 5ft 7 or 5ft?0 -

Change your diet, increase protein and watch your sugar intake. If you just changed your workout give it a couple weeks.0

You maintain your weight at 1539 calories.
So if you're netting 1415 calories a day, that puts you at a 124 calorie deficit everyday.
30 days with a 124 calorie deficit is just over 1lb.
So even .2 is low for 4 weeks. But honestly, you could be having a hormone fluctuation or had some extra salt over the week that could account for some water weight. Or maybe there is an error in logged calories/exercise.0 -
Did you mean .2 (as in 1/5 of a pound)? Or 2 pounds? The former could be due to anything--most people fluctuate by 10 times that from one day to the next. I wouldn't be concerned with minor fluctuations. If you meant 2 whole pounds then I'd take that with a grain of salt as well unless it's been consistently that amount for several days.0
