Arms - Be Proud Share Your Pics!

I was coming in here to post in the thread about women with muscular arms and it is gone :frown: I am proud of my arms and am working on building them even more. I can't wait to see what they look like when I start cutting in January during show prep. My competition date is April 5th and I am so excited! My first physique show I will be 36 years old with 2 small kids

So, maybe we can share some arm pics (guys too!) No hating allowed (I know, good luck with that here on MFP....)

I was also wondering what happened to that other topic. This one looks better though! I think my arms basically look like a woman who lifts so I will fit right in, though the previous ladies kind of put me to shame.

Well of course it's better....there isn't any body shaming here. Also, it's not just for the ladies.
