Does mixing a packet of crystal light into 16 ounces of water count as 2 cups of your 8 cups of water. If not, why?

    Im not a nutrionist, but I do it and count it. I hate plain water and its hard for me to drink enough. It doesnt have caffiene in it, so it wouldnt work as a diuretic (coffee, tea)

    To me, water is water. I drink lots of green tea because I like it . Never been one to drnk x amount of water because I was told to do so. I believe in "eat when hungry, drink when thirsty" Simple, but works best for me!

    Adding Crystal Lught to the water doesn't make it not water anymore any more than eating the packet and drinking the water makes it not water.

    Of course it counts. All liquid counts.
