I recently discovered PB2. It is awesome, the best way to eat it I have found:

6 oz of greek yogurt
2 tbsp of PB2
1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/2 frozen banana ( I keep some frozen and take a fork and scrap over the top, perfect consistancy)

cal 193
fiber 5
fat 2
protein 21
sodium 184
sugar 18

I entered it in the database as PB2 yogurt, so yummy!

    Sorry, I should have specified. It is powdered peanut butter. A woman at the gym gave me some to try. I had to order it online at bellplantation.com. 2 tbsp is only 45 cal and 1 g fat. It is so good.

    Oh my gosh! You are a savior! I have some PB2. I use it in my coffee shake drink in the morning. It gives it a bit of umph! Peanut Butter is my weakness, and what I crave in the evenings. I blew my calorie budget last night because of it. I love this recipe and will try it tonight. What a perfect treat after a hard workout. Thank you for sharing! :tongue:

  • the chocolate PB2 is also so yummy! i add it to my protien shakes in the morning! yumm!
