When foods aren't in the database?

Is there any way to add a food's COMPLETE details (carbs, sugar, etc.) for something not listed in the database, or is the only option to quick-add the calories and nothing else? Thanks!

    You can create a new entry, in the app go to your diary, add food, select the meal you want to add it to then select my foods, then select creat a new food.

    It's on the "Add food" page. Search for your food - If the food you want isn't in the database, add it at that time...it even asks you if you want to add it on that page.

    When I create a food, I don't add it to the database. There's already a ton of listings for every single food, so why add another? It stays in my list, and that's all that matters to me!

    As you explore more exotic and lighter fare there are occasionally foods that are not posted... Search the database fully first and check for alternate spellings and that you have 'speelled' it correctly... Nothing worse than posting a food and looking like Dan Quayle spelling potato with an E for all the world to see!
    I just added tomatillos the other day... Fresh whole tomatillos... I guess no one cooks mexican cuisine from scratch? Most foods can be found.
