Setback??

So I was on holidays for a couple of days but then on Monday I came down with a nasty stomach bug. I don't want to really keep track of my food and "progress" because I feel it isn't real but I'm missing logging everything. What do you think, just do it anyway or wait till I'm better? Exercise is out of the question which really makes me mad!!

    If it would make you feel better, go ahead and log it. I don't think you are having a set back, just a blip on your journey! Sounds like you need to rest and get yourself all better too!
