How do you log cardio recovery?

I was wondering how people tend to log the Insanity Cardio Recovery dvd? Also for when I get round to doing it - how do I log Max recovery dvd? Thank you.

    Not sure what it is but just pick something close to it. For JM's 30 DS we usually use circuit training.
