Intestinal Bloat

Hi, i'm really new here.
I have a lot of intestinal problems when i'm stressed out. This includes my intestines flaring so bad that my waste size goes up almost 3 inches.
I have learned how to keep this bloat under control, except when i'm working out. Whenever I go to the gym regularly my stomach does this. I was just wondering if anyone else has these problems?
Running is obviously the worst. I can't run for long distances at high intensity or else i'm in AWFUL pain for the next 6-8 hours. due to my irregular bowel movements.
Spin class only does it to me sometimes. Any calisthenic work out only makes me bloat but without pain.
I was just wondering if there is anyone else with this problem?
( I've been to many gastrointestinal doctors with no luck. So i'm not going to go to ANOTHER doctor. They just umbrella it as IBS and possibly food allergies. I was gluten free for 1 year with no luck when I was 17. So that's not it either.)

Did you ever have any luck figuring it out? I have similar issues. I am currently on the doctor merry go round. It sucks.0
