How do you defeat cardio machine boredom?

I have been watching Netflix while on my tread climber. I am currently watching Fringe.

Get dancy! Wiggle your booty a little bit and wave your arms around singing to yourself. I do this in the kitchen when I'm waiting for something to finish cooking or for water to boil.0

1) I don't do cardio machines
2) when I'm working, I'm working...it's hard to get bored when you're actually challenging yourself and working to a high % of your maximum capacity. Going through the motions and/or not challenging yourself is pretty boring.0 -

That's a great list of podcasts. I'd also recommend Caustic Soda (which is about nasty or gross sciency things, talked about about humorously.
And Keith and the Girl is another good podcast to listen to when working out if you want some laughs.0 -

Cardio is done outdoors. Sooooo enjoyable that way.0

I run outside but I do bike inside on my bike trainer a lot. Lots of watching old TV series and playing on my iphone during rest intervals. My other strategy is to do more intense workouts because it makes the time go by faster.0
