Cravings

I just started dieting on Tuesday... My first few days were fine but now the cravings are hitting hard. Does anybody have any good ideas for when the cravings are bad? I've been drinking hot tea with nothing in it when I need a flavored drink... I don't have enough fresh veggies to snack on those since I use them in smoothies.

    I like to have a few berries or tablespoon of almond/peanut butter, or a lettuce wrap "sandwich". Low calories but hold me over until meal time.

    If you are craving something why not have it and fit it in your calories/macros?

    black coffee. Or have a protein shake.

    Does drinking black coffee really work?! And I can't give in bc I want a great big pizza smothered in everything. I think my Saturdays will be a cheat day... But I'm. Trying to get over this first week without giving in too much. I've been over with my goal one day so I think doing ok. Ill try all these tips tho and see what works! Thanks y'all!!!!!

    Corn tortilla pizza!!! Corn tortilla with pizza sauce and fat free cheese and lotsa veggies,under the broiler! And fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding with fat/ sugar free whip topping!!

    English muffin pizza maybe? Just an English muffin pizza with a bit of pizza sauce and mozarella, baked for a few minutes. It's really good and not as many calories as a pizza... Or buy one slice of pizza.
