Any advice on lifting weights? I want to get started but looking for a routine. I heard that circuit training is better. Could anyone help? Thanks. I need to lose 40 lbs.

    Depending on how many times a week you can either do splits or a few full body routines. Programs like strong lift 5x5, beginner lift 5x5, new rules of lifting for women are all good or you can find full body routines on bodybuilding.com, nerdfitness.com or even YouTube.
