Shred it with weights?

This is a killer work out. Has anyone tried it? I did it thinking, it's 30 minutes it should be like the 30 day shred. Kettlebell training is a whole new ballgame. I loved it, yet hated it at the same time. Two days later, my muscles still ache. I think it was nearly all weight training because I only burned 153 calories, which is my typical calorie burn for that long of weights.
Any thoughts on the workout?
