Claim your progress!!

Made it to the gym 4 days this week. Am proud of myself. On the days I don't train I am just doing 30-45 cardio on the elliptical. That just amazes me that I can stay on that long. Could only do 3 minutes the first time I got on there a year ago. I started this journey on my baby sisters next b-day after her death. So it has been a year and half. Wasted time going to a gym that was way to hard and strict and then hurt myself x 2-3. Spend 4 months in PT on and off and then finally went to a ortho doc and got steroids shots. They helped me to heal and get started again. Then I started with RIma 4 months ago. Have stuck with her and have some accountability there, That's when I started my fitness pal again. I was 203 when I started and size 20-22. I am 181 and almost in size 16. So even though I whine and complain that I am not making progress, I have made progress. Important for me to claim that. Am going to post this as a thingy today. Maybe it will help someone.

    Your sure should post it Sharon. Its a fantastic motivational story. Even though we have been friends for a while l didn't know your reason for beginning your journey or how you have had problems to face. it is with great admiration that l now read your story. You have made tremendous progress and it is paying off for you. So clain that progression..l don't think it will be long before before your posting that your at goal...keep it up Sharon...well done you...your so doing this x
