Fitness after Breast Lift

September 12th, I had a breast lift. If you had breast surgery done, what was your time frame of getting back into things. Right now I'm starting to go for walks, biking, and lower body strength exercises.

Took me about 2 months after my reduction to get fully back into the swing of things. Your doctor should tell you if you're good to go if you have a 6-8 week update appointment. I didn't wear a sports bra with wiring until about 6 months after though. It irritated my new scars. So try to get a good sports bra that's still soft. I love the champion ones, but there are tons out there. As far as weights, I did light weights for 6 months too. I'm assuming you have the same scars that I have (keyhole), and depending on how far they go to the side, they can itch during certain weight exercises. But I know another girl who also had a reduction and she was back at it lifting heavy after 3 months. So definitely keep in contact with your doc. Even after your final appointment you can usually still call and ask questions. My doc's office was great about that.0
