but don't use Truvia's baking blend without reading it carefully. I know...read labels carefully. It's my fault. But just to alert anyone who doesn't know, Truvia's baking blend is blended with regular white sugar. That, to me, seems to defeat the purpose. No wonder my low carb baking has been tasting so good.
