Yup I'm in the same boat! I'd like to lose 30ish more pounds but I'm taking it slow so my loose skin has a chance to catch up with me

Its nice to see other faces out there who have come this far but with farther to go still!
Im proud of people who lose the even 20 lbs to get in shape - but losing over 100 with much more to go can be tiring at times
I cannot wait to get at/close to goal : )
Finally broke my plateau - only about 50lbs to go now : )

    1. Being faithful to my calorie goals
    2. Exercising like mad

Hard work and determination. I have PCOS which generally makes losing weight more difficult - but I have pushed through that!

When I get to the 100 pound lost mark I will be in the same boat as you are now. So far I'm down 35 pounds with at least 120 pounds to go. But I only started in July so I think I've made great progress so far :)

I also have PCOS / Insulin Resistance and started at 304 pounds.

I just try not to think about how far I have to go and how long it's probably going to take. One day at a time, stick to my calorie goals and have fun coming up with lower calorie ways to enjoy food that I love and discovering new things to cook and enjoy.
