china "one size fits all" only fits up to size 10

So I had been searching on ebay for a bomb dress for an upcoming hoop video and found one which was PERFECT. Red mermaid with bedazzled neck line. I looked at the sizing chart and it said it fit up to 40" waist and mine is 36" so thought I was fine! Now its here and when I wear it its a travesty! Its not fair that China one size fits all sizes are really only size 10. Okay, vent over. I am size 12 and know this is probably more like a size 9/10. *disgruntled and cannot get refund*

Online clothes-shoppers beware. I should have learned my lesson from the "tube tops" which were really glorified compression tops that just suck the air out of me from breast to hip bone!
