Macros for Lean 90% Ground Top Round?

I am trying to plug in the nutritionals for the raw ground beef I used for dinner (lean 90% ground top round) and not having luck finding something to match it. Not sure if I should just use the nutritionals for when in steak form, but know when ground up it isn't going to have as much fat and what not in it as it will be trimmed. I couldn't even find anything on Nutritiondata.self

It's ok to use anything "beef" that has 10% fat content, it doesn't really matter what part of the cow it comes from.0
