I'm back on what is actually my third account.

I've found myself struggling a lot with this weight-loss malarkey recently, going into 2-3 day binges and losing my concentration.

I'd love to have some British friends on here, not only for support but for tips wen it comes to buying healthy products that do not involve a hefty shipping fee.
