Im confused how come all the time when someone wants to generally start up a diet their told to stop eating fried foods and eat healthier but Ive also heard you can still eat anything you want and still lower your body fat to 10% as long as your lifting heavyweights and on a calorie deficit. Does anyone have an answer to this? Currently Im cutting on 45% Carbs 25% fats and 30% Protein

What matters is the combination of strength training and proper nutrition. By proper nutrition, I mean getting at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, at least 0.35 grams of fat per pound of body weight, and filling the rest of your diet with carbs, making sure that enough of those carbs are fiber rich to satisfy your needs. Make sure that at least 80% of your diet, by calories, consists of meats, fish, dairy, fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, and nuts. Fill the other 20% with anything you want so long as your calorie and macro goals are hit.

If you want to make it more complicated than that, okay, and plenty of people do, but it is absolutely not necessary.
