I work long hours as a store personnel manager for a major supermarket chain. I am due back Tomoz from a two week holiday we have a fab canteen but I really struggle eating healthy at lunch time. Any ideas of quick n easy things I can take with me or get my lovely lady to cook.

I usually take leftovers from dinner - I make bit extra so I've got some.
Failing that, soup in a microwaveable mug. I'll make a big batch of soup myself and divide and freeze it. If I'm being lazy, canned soup is all good. And a protein shake
Annnnd I ban myself from even walking through our cafe at work0 -
I second the leftovers from dinner... I cook my meals on purpose a bit too big and freeze the excess in lunch sized portions. It's really nice to shop in my own freezer for lunch :happy:0
