Put yourself at moderately active, and eat maybe 50-100 calories under that.

u obviosuly need to recalculate your calories in vs calories out to continue losing weight.

with hypothyroid, you may have more trouble losing weight than the average person. Regardless, keep exercising! I have lost less than 5lbs this YEAR, even though I have a good 50-60 pounds to lose...

On the left is me in mid February, the middle is mid April, and the right is me around September 16th. Same clothes!! The scale is not always an accurate way to measure progress.

It really depends on your diet if you will see pounds dropping or not. Jogging is great but in terms of weight loss and not cardio health, its just creating a deficit. If you eat back what you burned then you really didn't burn anything. You can lose the same amount of weight not jogging ad just eating less. It all depends on your diet. This is not to say that there are not some other major benefits of jogging, just talking in strictly weight loss in the here and now.

Hinari, the first step to losing weight is to be accountable for what you eat. I don't see any diary logging in the past 5 days. What are you eating? I know you don't have any "tools" to calculate your exercise calories, but MFP is here to calculate the food for you. It also has a somewhat accurate method of calculating your exercise, but you have to log it all in. Then you will get a true picture of calories in and calories out.

Pretty much what everyone is saying. Log everything, measure your food, watch portions and make good decisions. I jog about 3 times a week wear a HRM, but i dont measure distance either. You may want to incorporate some strength training. I have seen some good definition with different style pushups, dont enjoy doing them but Love the results!

Providing you are eating less than you burn, you will lose weight.

Well done on your running, regarding the distance you are running, you could always measure the course on
