Fallen Apples!!

HELLO EVERYBODY! :)

I am not new, however, I am seeking new friends (aside from the great ones that I have now).

I am (as of this morning) 170.8lbs, and I am 5'3.

I'm an apple shape - or that's what I can see, I really do think I'm a pear; every apple has a core.

I've been yo-yo-ing for MONTHS now, the lowest weight I've been through diet and exercise was 166.something...however, I started my mission in late July of last year at 201lbs. It's not a lot to lose in a year, but it's worth something.

My goal weight's at least 135, I don't think I want to be any smaller than that.

I really HATE my mid-section, that's where the worst jigglies are, :noway: but, through diet and exercise, we can all do it!
