Any input on vegetarian keto?

Hey everyone! I've tried keto about 4 months ago ago and felt great for a couple of weeks (very awake in the morning, almost the same energy levels all day, never super hungry, no sugar cravings, slow but controlled weight loss) aside from the fact that I had a hard time eating meat on a daily basis. I used to be a vegetarian for a long time and introduced meat back into my diet last year, but basically only when I was eating out. I felt it was impossible to reach calorie and fat macros without the meat though.
Does anyone have experiences, tips or input for me on how to enjoy keto without as much meat?
I'd be very thankful for advice.
