Going to start lifting heavy things but....

I need a good starter program! i am going to lift three times a week but I dont want to go in there with no idea what to do. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Believe it or not but pinterest has some great ideas to start out. I managed to design an effective bulking program for myself that way. Good luck.0
